Lot rental for the season (May 20th to September 30th. 2018)
* Lots A1 to A13 - 15 & 30 amp, water available with no sewer. Sewer dump tank very close by.
* Lots B1 to B 42 - with full hook ups, 15 & 30 amp power.
* Lots C1 to C50 - with full hook ups, 15, 30 & 50 amp power.
Storage compound available for Boats, ATV's and more.
We have new storage containers available as well.
With a full season of lot rental I will throw in a container for the full year for a extra $1000.
The power is metered and will be charged accordingly. (price per kwh. is approximately 8 cents)
A fee of $150 will be required as soon as you register or at the beginning of the season.Your fee will be carried over to the next year, if you have not used it up.
